LONGLOX TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking an appointment or accepting any services supplied by Longlox hair extensions you automatically agree to our Terms & Conditions listed below.

 

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

Appointments which are cancelled at short notice or clients who fail to show up to their appointment cause inconvenience to other clients, a loss of revenue to the salon and earnings for our hair designers. We therefore ask that you give us 48 hours’ notice for any appointment change or cancellation. In the event of continuous no show or repeat late cancellations, the full cost of the service booked applies and a 50% deposit required for future appointments. Equally, if we have to cancel your appointment we will also supply 48 hours’ notice. If we are unable to provide 48 hours’ notice we will credit the client’s account with a 15% discount of the original booking.

 

COMPLAINTS & OUR GUARANTEE

Longlox want every client to be 100% happy with their hair extensions, hair products and our hair dressing services. If, however, you have an issue or complaint, you must notify us immediately and we will consult with you in order to find the appropriate solution. We promise that if your complaint meets with the correct criteria we will offer you free hairdressing and new hair extensions until your issue has been resolved. You will be referred to the longlox Manager who will deal with your complaint. We will ask you to return any faulty products so we can identify any problems and take the appropriate action to remedy the problem We will ask you to return within two weeks of the original appointment to enable us to offer you free hair extensions, a haircut or colour free of charge as long as the service is the same as the original appointment. If you have simply changed your mind or if you return after the third week, normal charges may apply. If you have altered or attempted to alter a hair colour or cut yourself or by a third party this guarantee becomes null and void. If you have altered or attempted to alter or remove your hair extensions yourself or by a third party this guarantee becomes null and void. It is completely normal and acceptable for a client’s cut or colour to be carried out every four weeks which is why you will be charged as per normal once the three weeks have passed. We welcome feedback and it is important for you to inform us if you are not 100% happy with your hair at any stage.

COLOUR DIAGNOSTICS & FORMULAS

Please note, it is our policy not to pass on any of your colour formulations to yourself or any third party. If you are a new client or an existing client a skin test is required 48 hours prior to your appointment.

 

DEPOSITS

50% deposits are required for certain appointments. Deposits are non-refundable on failure to turn up for your appointment or change of appointment without 48 hours’ notice. Deposits are required for all brands of hair extensions including hair dressing services such as Blow Dry and hair -up appointments and where you have booked four or more services. Deposits can be taken over the telephone to ensure your booking. Your appointment cannot be booked until the deposit has been taken.

 

DEPOSITS FOR NEW OR LAPSED CLIENTS

For any new clients or lapsed clients who have not visited us for over 6 months, we require a 50% deposit to honour the initial booking. We operate a 48 hour notice period so if the booking is within this time frame the deposit will be non refundable if you fail to turn up or cancel your appointment.

 

OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS

Longlox reserve the right to cancel any offer or promotion at any time. Management reserves the right to refuse any service at any time. Services may not be available at all times. All offers, promotions and vouchers have a minimum spend of £50 and are valid for 30 days from day offer/voucher is sent unless otherwise stated. Cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion including VIP. One voucher per person per visit. Unless otherwise stated all offers, vouchers, discounts and promotions exclude Children, Barbering & Longlox Training Academy appointments. Some promotions require payment before the appointment can be booked – this payment is non-refundable if you fail to turn up or change the appointment without 48 hours notice.

 

NEW CLIENT INTRODUCTORY OFFER

A discount on a Ladies Cut & Finish is available for all new Longlox clients or those who have not visited any Longlox within 6 months or more. Clients must collect the voucher from the relevant website page or newspaper (whichever is applicable), fill out the registration form and voucher and present on arrival to the Hair Designer in order for the discount to apply. A minimum spend of £50 applies. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash. Only one voucher per person.

LONGLOX VIP CARD

A VIP Card (single user) entitles the holder to 15% off hair services only. The VIP Family Card entitles a family of up to four people to 15% off hair services only. Additional family members may be added to the card for an additional price per person. The card is valid for one year from the date of purchase. It does not include discount on retail products. This card will be automatically refused and held if it appears to have been defaced or tampered with or there is evidence of fraud. The voucher is non transferable. Proof of identity may be required when using the VIP card. All VIP cards are issued by and remain the property of Longlox which may at any time terminate the scheme or alter or amend the conditions of operation. From time to time amendments may be changed. We will inform you via email 30 days prior to any changes. Can not be used with any other vouchers, promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated.

 

RECOMMEND A FRIEND

Step.1 Receive your text and forward to friends and family Step.2 Your friend or family member visits any one of our Longlox and receives 50% off a Ladies Cut & Finish ONLY (excludes Children's, Barber Shop & Training Academy appointments) Step.3 We will then send you 50% off your next Ladies Cut & Finish to say ‘thank you’ for recommending us once your friend of family member has visited us first. A minimum spend of £50 applies. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. One voucher per visit per person.

Treatment Advice - Very Important Information

HAIRDRESSING CLIENTS

A skin patch test is required for all new hair colour clients, the patch test must be done in the longlox salon 48 hours prior to any treatment. Please inform us if you are pregnant or have any known allergies or previous allergic reactions. Food - Always allow at least 1 hour to digest your meals before having treatments. Alcohol - Never consume alcohol before any treatment.

 

NANOLOX AND CLIP-IN HAIR EXTENSIONS

Our Nanolox and clip-in hair extensions are manufactured using best quality human hair, the hair is hygienically processed before being thoroughly cleaned with fresh water, the hair is then individually packaged and sealed in 25strand packages. we use several methods of bonding the hair to the clients head, if you are allergic to or may have any allergies associated with the following products please inform your Longlox stylist who will advise on an alterative method of hair attachment.

  • Synthetic adhesives

  • Plastics

 

MEDICAL CONDITIONS  

If you have any of the following it is essential to inform your Longlox therapist before your treatment takes place, please note some treatments and services may cause skin reactions, some treatments are prohibited if you suffer from these conditions: if you are unsure you have any of the conditions listed below must not proceed with any of our treatments, it is your responsibility to inform us of any conditions you may have so we can protect your health and safety

  • Diabetes 

  • Any condition that may be affected by our services

 

We accept no responsibility for any health issues arising from our products due to unknown or underlying client health problems not reported to ourselves, if you would like samples of any of our products for self allergy testing please ask the Longlox shop manager. First aid is available in the salon, do not hesitate to ask if you need any assistance
