No Walk-ins

Please understand our salon is appointment only.

This is to ensure a member of staff is available to assist you and guarantee you are receiving the full Longlox experience.

To book an appointment please call us on either landline within salon working hours.

Late Fee

All of our appointments are specifically booked with the correct development time and one after another, therefore we run a very light schedule with being a busy salon.

Being late to your appointment will have an effect on both yours and other clients services. Because of this there will be a charge of £25 per 15 minutes you are late.

If you are late and we are back to back and do not have any lime to carry out your appointment it will be cancelled and your deposit will be lost.

Please make sure you arrive early for your appointments to avoid any disruption or extra charge.

We like our supersalon to run as smoothly as possible.

Appointments

Please ensure you come to your appointment for refit/colour appointments with CLEAN & DRY hair.

Failing to do so could result in your appointment being rescheduled meaning loss of deposit and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

Removal & refits are required EVERY 8 WEEKS.

Keeping your extensions in for longer than 8 weeks causes added build up of natural hair fall causing potential damage.

This also means your removal can take longer, this will result in a £25 charge per every 15 minutes over time taken for standard removal.

Please book your refits for every 8 weeks to avoid this extra charge.

Cancellation Policy

Upon booking your appointment you will be required to pay a non refundable deposit.

Under no circumstances can there be a refund. This is our company policy.

All appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Any amendments made after the 48 hours will result in a loss of the full deposit, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment as we are unable to fill these slots at such short notice.

No Children Policy

While we are a friendly salon we no longer allow children in the salon without a child's hair service. We understand it can be hard to get childcare, but there are many dangerous chemicals and sharp objects in the salon which could hurt a child.

This is also a place for adults to come and relax so this policy is not only coming from a place of health and safety but also client feedback. Therefore we are trying to ensure everyone is not only satisfied with their Longlox experience but mostly safe.
